Please follow this linkto our availability calendar which we
update whenever a booking confirmation deposit has been
received. I'm afraid we have to apply a 7 night minimum stay
rule, though a booking can commence on any day of the
week.
To allow for cleaning, we must ask guests to arrive after 5p.m.
on the first day of their stay and vacate the house by 11 a.m.
on the day of departure.
As is usual, rates vary according to the time of year.
Please note the bits at the bottom which detail cleaning fee, deposits and booking terms. TAX IS INCLUDED.
May 1st - Oct 31st 2009................... $950 p/week
Nov 1st - Dec 21st 2009... ........... $1,100 p/week
Dec 22nd - Jan 4th 2010.. ... ........ $1,400 p/week
Jan 5th - Apr 30th 2010....... ......... $1,100 p/week
May 1st - Sept 30th 2010....... .........$950 p/week
PLUS
$150 cleaning fee.
50% non-returnable deposit required to confirm your booking.
Balance due 30 days before stay.
$500 returnable security deposit required with final
payment.
US$, Can$, GB£, Euros, Yen and credit cards accepted via
Paypal.
The cleaning fee is a one off charge to cover the cost of
professional cleaning, washing of sheets and towels etc
following your stay. There is no housekeeping/maid
service at the house.
