Our tropical paradise home available for your vacation

A beautiful home-away-from-home with your own, private, tropical pool and spa paradise in the back garden! Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is conveniently located within moments of Vanderbilt Beach, shopping, and restaurants.

The garden is enclosed within a large, sunny lanai (2050 sq.ft.) - a tropical oasis containing the heated pool and spa with privacy provided by a wide variety of palms, ferns, and fruit trees.

For more delicate complexions, there is a vine-covered arbor which boasts fans, dimmable lights (for those intimate al fresco meals), sound system and a large gas barbecue. There is even an outdoor shower for use before or after your swim. Up lights on the palms and underwater lights in the pool and spa create a beautiful and most relaxing ambience after dark. Four sun loungers are provided as well as a round glass topped table with umbrella and seating for five. These don't appear in some of the photo's as they were all off being powder coated and re-upholstered at the time I was taking them. The home is newly furnished to a very high standard and has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in each room. Broadband internet access, widescreen LCD TV, cable, multi disc CD/DVD player and even a PS2 with cordless controllers all contribute to a truly wonderful leisure experience - after all, even Florida has the occasional rain shower.

The kitchen has all the tools/toys to prepare anything from a quick snack to a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings! Eat under the arbor, at the breakfast bar or in the beautiful Florida room which looks out onto the pool.

Sam 2 has an en-suite to the king-size master bed (with TV and DVD player), queen-size second bedroom, and two singles in the third, a fold-away for unexpected guests and a travel crib. All newly furnished to a very high standard. Photo's of the interior can be seen on the 'Inside photo's' page.
